Our prefabrication shop is one of the largest GRP prefabrication shops in Europe. It is perfectly suited for handling large diameters.
In this shop we make the pipes into tailor made spools. The fabrication will be engineered to avoid field welds as much as possible.
Working with these prefabricated sections has several advantages:
- Spool building is done under controlled conditions;
- Complete traceability;
- Constant quality under changing weather conditions;
- Time savings during installation.

In case prefabrication is, due to specifications of the project, not possible we can also execute or assist in making field welds.
Pipes and fittings will be assembled to spools with a maximum length, which can be handled and transported in a normal way.
