All operating companies within the Heerema Fabrication Group (HFG) strive to excel and exceed client's expectations, and to attain the ultimate objective of an accident-free workplace.
State-of-the-art integrated management systems cover all phases of a project, from tendering through to project completion. In 1999, as a further commitment to the continuous improvement culture in operations, HFG introduced the Total Quality Management philosophy utilizing the rating tools developed by DNV (IQRS).
A continuation of this policy resulted in 2005 in the development of a tailor made integrated audit protocol "CHEQSERT" which encompasses standards such as ISO 9001. HFG has integrated its approach to Quality, Safety, Health and the Environment into a single management system.
Top of the document hierarchy are the HFG Management Manual and Policy Documents that describe the policies and corporate rules for each operating company. Within these boundaries, each operating company has implemented its own accredited Management System in accordance with the appropriate Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental standards.
